We are seeking an experienced Head Receptionist to manage our reception teams as the first senior point of contact for our guests at Windy Harbour Holiday Park.

This one year programme which is operationally focused will be working towards a permanent managerial role at the end of programme. Over the 12 months you will experience all areas of our hospitality operations. We are looking for self motivated and curious individuals who want to learn about the operations of this highly successful business. You must be able to learn and adapt to each department you are based in and conclude each module with a documented report detailing your observations and recommendations.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team for around 40 hours per week. As a Sous Chef you will be working within a small team to deliver fast paced fresh food to Walterz Entertainment Centre. You will at times work solo and manage the kitchen from opening duties to ordering and handovers for the following day. We cater for both walk-ins and large functions of up to 150 people with canapes or large party menus – this requires a good understanding of preparing your station, having an eye for presentation as is keeping calm under pressure. We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, & enthusiastic Gardener to join our team to help us create and maintain beautiful garden areas for our holiday parks. You will play an important role in enhancing the visual appeal of our park and ensuring a pleasant tranquil experience for all our visitors & wildlife. The successful applicant with have strong horticultural knowledge and experience of using handheld tools, they will create and maintain beautiful planting both perennial and seasonal around our park to a high standard. We have a grounds team who mow, maintain hedges and strim but during busy periods there will be an expectation to support them in their duties.
