Broadwater boasts an extensive array of facilities for the whole family to enjoy, right from the warm welcome in Reception when you first arrive, to the time you wave bon voyage, we're sure you'll find Broadwater, the perfect choice of holiday destination!
As well as Holiday Homes for sale we also offer fabulous value for money holidays. Choose one of our Gold, Silver or fully-accessible Holiday Homes, all holiday bookings include passes to our full range of facilities.
If live entertainment is what you're looking for, why not visit our Club Complex facility. Our licenced club offers a Family entertainment room with regular live acts with Grunty and Pom our much loved mascots. During the season entertainment will be hosted live on stage, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
If you're looking for action for the younger ones, why not attend Grunty's Fun Club with the Children’s entertainment team (10 years and younger) or Action Zone (11 – 16 years). Entertainment and activities are available at Broadwater every weekend and during the week during high season periods.
In addition to our Family entertainment room Broadwater also offers a separate adults only entertainment room with regular live acts, bingo and a licenced bar. If you want to keep up with the latest football match or tennis tournament, The Ashworth Family Sports Bar is the place for you.
Entertainment is available every Friday and Saturday throughout the season and during the week in High season.
We also offer a Swimming Pool Complex with indoor heated plunge pool and Jacuzzi as well as an onsite Amusement Arcade, Essentials Shop, Launderette and an outdoor games and play area. Our games area is the perfect place for children to have fun in a safe environment.
Broadwater Holiday Park offers on-site game and equipment hire for a small deposit of £5.00. Rentable equipment includes:
- Badminton set
- Footballs
- Tennis Set
- Giant tower game
- Wooden croquet set
All items are available to hire from the Park Shop and equipment must be returned in the same condition it was lent out in order to redeem your deposit.
