Role: Team Member

Location: Walterz Entertainment Centre

Hours: Part time seasonal, minimum 5 hours per week (up to 19 hours per week)

Salary: £12.61 per hour

Shift pattern: Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday days

Role overview

• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and delivering food promptly.
• Dispense and serve hot and cold drinks as required.
• To maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the Hub areas at all times.
• Dealing with online bookings and assisting customers in the setting up of games in the Hub (Bowling, Darts, Pool, Karaoke etc.)
• Engage in upselling additional menu or games items to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar and food establishment is preferred (training will be provided)
• Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
