We are recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join the team at Walterz. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment such as a restaurant or hotel, ensuring the highest standards of food and drink safety and quality are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Role: Supervisor

Location: Walterz Entertainment Centre

Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be able work weekends and evenings.

Salary: £13.49 per hour

Shift pattern: Wednesdays to Sundays

Role overview

  • Taking drinks and food orders, dispensing and serving as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue.
  • To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • To clean the beer lines weekly following all health and safety guidelines
  • Shift supervision of daily cash flow, sales, checks and balances
  • Using the in-house booking system and preparing the games in the hub.
  • Supervising, motivating and engaging the bar team at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of customer service and food and drink practices and procedures. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to use online booking systems
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
