You will be selling holiday homes and lodges via phone, email and face-to-face. You will be required to proactively contact our customers via outbound calling and email campaigns in accordance with park procedures and guidelines. For someone who is outgoing and driven by targets this is an exciting opportunity with significant earning potential.
Duties of the role:
- Making appointments for the selling of holiday homes and lodges to both new and existing customers
- Liaise with the Park Manager regarding queries from owners in order to solve problems in a timely and effective way ensuring that all issues are logged, monitored and resolved to the owner’s satisfaction
- Follow instructions for processes for telephoning, brochure mail-out, email contact, call-back and follow up for new enquiries. Updating of the CRM system for lead-bank
- Complete all sales paperwork promptly and in line with policy and procedure
What we need from you:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience of big ticket items
- Pro-active approach to sales generation
- Great organisational skills
- Full (preferably) clean, driving licence – DVLA licence checks will be undertaken
