As Food, Beverage & Venues Manager you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the Newton Hall Club, Stanley Bar & Walterz. You will present to the Board on the financial performance of each venue and how to improve revenues. Oversee the running of all aspects including; commercial, operational, people, financial management and legal compliance. Reporting to the Park Manager you will have four direct reports who each have their own team. Once you are established and successful due to the planned expansion of the business there will be significant development and promotional opportunities throughout the group. You will ensure that our teams deliver above and beyond customer experience whilst promoting a welcoming, entertaining and professional environment and always demonstrating the Company’s vision; TO MAKE EVERYDAY FEEL LIKE A HOLIDAY.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a strategic role, working in the operations at weekends and in the evenings to ensure that all venues provide a professional, entertaining and second to none customer experience.
  • To oversee the management of the financial performance of each facility
  • Oversee and report on cellar management and the stock control of each venue.
  • To actively develop your direct reports as development of our people lies at the very heart of Partington’s
  • To ensure your direct reports manage their teams professionally in all aspects of onboarding, training and development.
  • Oversee expenditure and work with your team to ensure payroll is managed at all times.
  • To manage the budgetary elements of the facilities in your remit, reporting on the P & L to the Board.
  • To undertake the PDM’s for your team members within the Company allocated timeframe.
  • To ensure legal compliance across all venues; licensing, health & safety, hygiene etc.

 

Key points:

  • Successful applicants must be able to provide original right to work documentation and a full (preferably clean) driving licence.
  • Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a basic DBS and DVLA licence check.
  • Part of the interview process will involve a presentation to the Board.
