We are recruiting for a highly motivated and reliable person to work in a telephone customer service centre with experience and understanding of excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Role: Customer Service Executive

Location: Head Office (relocating from Thornton to Staining this year)

Hours: 38 hours per week.

Salary: £13.51 – £13.92 per hour

Shift pattern: Sundays to Thursdays (but able to flex 5 out of 7). Between 9am & 6pm

Role overview

  • Assist all correspondence including inbound and outbound calls, webchats and emails from customers and clients, e.g. queries, requests, orders and complaints.
  • Contact potential customers and clients with the aim of gathering information or selling a product.
  • Liaise directly with customers to take payments, deal with cancellations plus creating and amending bookings.
  • Collate feedback from customers to continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • To work in other areas of the business as and when required including areas such as Park Receptions and Housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within customer services, preferably within a call centre environment. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Able to produce valid driving licence
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Rapport building and controlled objection handling skills are essential
