Holiday home owners can enjoy over ten wonderful months on Partington’s Holiday Parks. The season closes for approximately seven weeks during Winter with dates subject to each park and pitch.
Partington’s annual site fees are inclusive of rates and water, meaning the only bills would be for gas bottles, insurance and your electricity bill. Site fees also include twelve annual passes for your friends and family to enjoy your park and the facilities it has to offer.
One gas bottle will last between 147 – 367 hours, so the frequency of new gas bottles will depend on how often you use your holiday home appliances. These can be ordered through the reception team. Owners receive an electric bill twice annually, which is measured via an electric meter and read by the grounds team.
All of Partington’s parks welcome pets. After all they are family too! Please bear in mind that pets are not permitted in indoor venues such as the clubs, bars and family rooms. Tarn House Holiday Park in Skipton do offer a dedicated pet-friendly snug where you’re more than welcome to enjoy a drink with your furry friend by your side.
There are no age limits for caravans. After each caravan’s 18th birthday, it simply needs to pass an annual chassis, gas and electric test. Lodge owners will have a license agreement in place, which does hold an age limit and can be discussed with your sales representative.
The holiday parks are not residential. All owners must provide proof of primary residence in the UK before purchasing a holiday home.
If owners would like to upgrade, a wide range of new and pre-loved holiday homes are available for sale and a price will be offered for your current holiday home.
During the winter months, the drop in temperature can cause holiday home pipes to freeze, which can result in damage. This is easily avoidable by draining down your holiday home when you leave at the end of the season. The team can assist with this if required.
