We are recruiting for an experienced Foreman / Forewoman to support the Park Manager in providing an outstanding service; creating a well maintained and safe environment for our customers, ensuring the Park grounds, facilities, buildings and equipment are well maintained on a day-to-day basis.
Location: Newton Hall Holiday Park, FY3 0AX
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Hours of Work: 5 days per week over 40 hours, days off being Sunday and Monday.

What we need from you:
- Coordinate and oversee the grounds team in a professional and fair manner.
- Communicate work priorities and associated deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety
- Ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner to the required standard. Assigning tasks to members of the team.
- Maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure team morale and productivity.
- Ensure all members of the team comply by Company policies and procedures.
- Undertake and/or supervise the departmental induction and on job training of all new members of the team.
- Oversee; the movement of caravans, siting, levelling and plumbing into main services, testing and final inspection of same before the caravan is handed over to the purchaser.
- Oversee the maintenance of drains ensuring that drains are kept free, supervising the clearing of drain’s when blocked.
- Oversee the maintenance of the water supply.
- Any other duties that the Senior Management may ask you to carry out in order to run the Park more efficiently.
Skills, experience and qualities you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a grounds Supervisor/Foreman (essential)
- Full clean, driving licence (essential)
- NVQ in caravan siting (desirable)
