From bar managers to maintenance teams and receptionists, it’s all about celebrating the friendly faces and dedicated individuals who create unforgettable experiences for our owners and guests every single day.
As Andrea continues her tour of our beautiful holiday parks, this week’s stop takes us to Tarn House Holiday Park in Skipton, home to stunning views, a warm Yorkshire welcome, and an amazing team!
One of the stars of the show is Martin Dixon, our fantastic Bar Manager. Martin plays a huge part in creating the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that keeps both owners and guests coming back. Whether he’s behind the bar or sharing a chat with visitors, Martin’s passion for great service shines through.

Favourite childhood holiday:
When I was 3, I went to Disneyland Paris with my grandparents — no parents allowed!
Favourite food:
My ultimate dish is Chicken and Bacon Tagliatelle with a rich stilton cream sauce – but it’s got to be homemade by me!
What I wanted to be when I was a kid:
A PE teacher! I’ve always loved sports.
A fun fact you probably don’t know:
I once trained for six months at Blackpool Circus – on the trampoline and trapeze! (Yes, really.)
Favourite film:
Bloodsport starring Jean-Claude Van Damme – an absolute classic!
