We are recruiting for a Grounds Supervisor to support the Foreman in providing an outstanding service and creating a well maintained and safe environment for our customers, ensuring the highest standards are maintained. Role: Grounds Supervisor

Location: Tarn House Holiday Park, Skipton, BD23 3FF

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £15.02 per hour

Shift pattern: Tuesdays to Saturdays, between 8am and 5pm

Role overview

  • Supervise and ensure safe operations, maintenance and cleaning of equipment, machinery and vehicles
  • Supervise and assist with the movement of caravans, siting, levelling and plumbing into main services, testing and final inspection of same before the caravan is handed over to the purchaser.
  • Supervise the maintenance of drains ensuring that drains are kept free
  • Delivery of gas cylinders to caravans on the Park and the removal of empty cylinders.
  • Supervise and assist with the maintenance, development and landscaping of all grounds, including; grass, hedges, recreational areas, woodland, gardens and caravan pitches.
  • Respond to emails and completing necessary paperwork

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Grounds Person or similar role with proven supervisory experience. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Able to produce valid manual driving licence (preferably clean)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
