Let us first say, we hope that you, your families, and your communities are staying healthy and safe.
During the global pandemic we learned all about social distancing, developed new ways of operating our business, implemented Zoom and Team meetings. We repeatedly washed our hands and wore face coverings to protect family members, colleagues, and customers. Through this collective experience, we are discovering a new strength. Community values are shining through in beautiful ways. Your loyalty has meant the world to us, and we wanted to take this opportunity to send our heartfelt thanks as we now see the final easing of government restrictions, and a sense of normality on the horizon.
Our guiding principle throughout this pandemic has been to “take care of our colleagues so they are able to take care of our customers”. We are immensely proud of the resilience, flexibility, and professionalism of our teams, who have remained focused on delivering an exceptional service in unprecedented times to all our customers across each holiday park. We are equally appreciative of the support of our customers; we feel extremely fortunate to have you as part of our Partington’s community – we could not have done it without you!
