Important update - Restrictions from 19th July 2021

Here at Partington’s we are so excited to see some normality on the horizon!

England's move to step four of the government's lockdown-easing roadmap on the 19th July will see social distancing rules and limits on social contact removed across the country and we are pleased to announce that the following will apply to all Partington’s Holiday breaks from 19th July:

To ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible some of the Partington’s Team Members and concession Team Members will continue to wear face coverings whilst in enclosed spaces such as clubs, security, sales, shops, housekeeping and Reception Teams. All other Partington’s team members will carry a mask with them as a courtesy. Face coverings will no longer be mandatory under the law for our customers, this will be a matter of personal choice from July 19th. As part of our commitment to ensure the health and safety of our customers and colleagues it is of the upmost importance that frequent high-level cleaning will continue. This will include a level of fogging and the application of a sanitised seal, which demonstrates that our Holiday Homes have not been entered since they were deep cleaned.

Swimming pools:
Our swimming pools and leisure facilities are one of our most loved areas and we are so pleased that from 19th July, we will be able to welcome more capacity in our pools. A guest pass will be required for entry.

Hand Sanitiser:
We will be keeping all our sanitiser stations in place on all of our Holiday Parks and will continue encouraging Team Members and customers to sanitise regularly.

The rule of 6 will no longer apply in our dining areas and additional tables will be available.

Safety Screens and Table Service:
Reception areas and shops will continue to utilise protective safety screens. In addition, screens will be in place on areas of the bars where table service is not provided to further protect our customers and colleagues.

In order to continue to work safely and to avoid queuing activities at bar areas, which might increase the risk of transmission, we will be retaining the table service offering in some of our bar and club areas. In addition, we are also re-introducing bar service in certain areas on all of our Parks. Please see below for further details.
