Further to the Government’s latest National Lockdown and a review date of at least mid-February we know many of you will be seeking clarity on the impact this will have to the reopening of the Parks and the 2021 season in general.
Firstly let us reassure you that the announcement was as disappointing to us as we know it was to you. However, we remain positive and are rising to the constant challenges the pandemic is throwing our way and doing our utmost to ensure the business remains sustainable and ready for your return.
The current travel restrictions do not permit travel to and from holiday homes and as such we cannot allow any access to the Park.
Until the Government provides clarity on the easing of the restrictions, we are not able to give you more details, we would be making assumptions without any hard facts. As soon as we have more details we will be in touch.
All prebooked drain downs and reconnections will automatically be rescheduled for when we do have a firm reopening date from the Government.

Any outstanding site fees must be paid in accordance with your specific Park rule paperwork so that we can secure your pitch for the forthcoming season. Please call our Customer Service Team to help with this.
All holidaymaker bookings for February will unfortunately be cancelled until 1st March onwards and will be reviewed as soon as the guidance is updated. All owners who sublet on Newton Hall and Broadwater are asked not to sublet your holiday homes during February and await a confirmed reopening date before starting to do so.
Rest assured that as soon as the Government restrictions allow, we will reopen the parks and our teams will be ready to make the 2021 season the best yet.
