Unfortunately, due to the national lockdown restrictions put in place across England, all our Parks will be temporarily closed to owners from 4pm on Wednesday 4 November 2020.
This forced Government closure means that we will be unable to allow owners access to our Parks at any time after this date and will turn anyone away who tries to enter. Anyone currently on Park will have to leave to comply with the law.
We strongly encourage everyone to prepare their holiday homes for Winter in the same way that you would for the closed season. This includes heating, emptying fridges and freezers, or essential maintenance. Drain downs must be organised via Reception. There will be no access to the Parks after 4pm 4th November for any reason.
As your annual site fees are due during this period of lockdown we know many of you will be wondering about how to do this as well as presenting the 2 forms of ID. For clarity, the process will be as follows:
• Payments can be made in person at Park Reception before 4th November
• Park Reception phone lines will be open from 9am – 12 noon from 5th November and payments can by credit/debit card, cheque, and bank transfer (BACS)
• The two forms of ID confirming your primary address requested in your site fee letter are still required so please wherever possible scan and send these over to the Park Receptions.
• However, considering the recent lockdown we recognise that this may prove difficult so we will accept these documents by 6th February 2021. Failure to present these after this date will result in your site fee payment being refunded and you will be asked to leave the Park.
Payment of your 2021 site fees is still due and the cut off for the discounted rate remains the 15th December.
During the lockdown period we will secure the Parks.
We kindly ask for you to bear with us as we work through these latest changes and thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to the prospect of welcoming you back onto Park as soon as possible.
Take care and stay safe
