1. What's included in my holiday booking?
Entertainment passes are included in holiday bookings at Windy Harbour, Broadwater and Newton Hall. Bedding is included in Partington's deluxe Holiday Homes; however, you will still need to bring tea towels and bath towels. For details of what's included in other types of accommodation or to add 'extras' to your booking then please contact us on 01253 879911.
2. Do you accept bookings from all male/ female parties?
Our Holiday Parks primarily cater for couples and family holidays, bookings for all male/female parties of three or more can only be accepted via prior arrangement. We suggest that you call 01253 879911 with information of how many are in your party, their ages and details to see if there is availability for your holiday. You will need to inform us of any changes to the booking immediately as we reserve the right to refuse entry if the booking details do not match who arrives on Park.
3. Do you accept touring caravans and motor homes?
We offer quality touring facilities at Windy Harbour (Little Singleton), Black Beck (Newby Bridge) and Tarn House (Skipton)
4. Do you accept tents?
We regret that we cannot accommodate tents on any of our Holiday Parks, however we do have camping pods at Windy Harbour (Little Singleton) which are ideal for those wanting the camping experience without the hassle of pitching up.
5. Can I bring my dog to the Holiday Park?
For touring holiday's, we accept two dogs at Tarn House, Black Beck, Windy Harbour. For static caravan holidays we accept two dogs at Windy Harbour, Black Beck and Tarn House in pet-friendly holiday accommodation but this must be pre-booked and subject to availability and terms & conditions. Caravan owners at Windy Harbour, Black Beck and Tarn House may have a maximum of two dogs.
Dogs are not allowed at Newton Hall and Broadwater.
6. Is it possible to book a two-night holiday at any of the parks?
We accept two-night breaks at Newton Hall Apartments. Two-night breaks may be available at selected times throughout the season in our holiday homes. Please call 01253 879911 for the latest information and availability.
7. Can I bring my commercial van onto the Park?
You are entitled to bring one car onto the Park, additional cars will be charged for. Boats, trailers, and commercial vehicles are NOT permitted on the Parks without written permission of the Park Manager.
8. What happens if I need to cancel my holiday?
We understand that difficult circumstances can arise at any time, if you would like to cancel your holiday you would need to call us directly on 01253 879911. We do have a cancelation policy, but this does depend on how much notice you give our booking centre. You can find our cancelation policy in our terms and conditions attached to your booking confirmation.
