It's finally April and Elmer's Big Parade Blackpool is here! For eight weeks only, Elmer and a whole herd of his friends have taken to the streets of Blackpool for an art trail in support of Brian House Children's Hospice. As a headline sponsor, everyone at Partington's Holiday Parks can't wait for you to meet all 71 Elmer sculptures across Blackpool.
