Partington's Holiday Parks is a family owned and run business based in Blackpool, Lancashire, UK. We have been trading within the same family for 77 years and now the 4th generation of the Partington's family is at the helm. We still maintain the traditional values of 'Family first' and great value products and services.
After 77 years in the business our passion for selling quality, value for money Holiday Homes, on fabulous well managed Holiday Parks has never been stronger. We love caravans and we hope you find that shines through in everything we do. With quality at the very core of the business we never stand still and are continually reinvesting in our Holiday Parks.
Chief executive officers Andrea Challis and Robert Kearsley are a brother and sister team, keen to retain the personal touch of knowing the names of every one of the 250 team members and personally meeting each one, even the seasonal ones. They said their staff were at the heart of everything they do, and they pride themselves on treating everyone as an individual.
Partington Hotels was founded on 13th November 1944, although the holiday story actually began in the Great War. Founders John William Partington Snr, Mary Partington, Frank Partington and George Partington (pictured right).
Windy Harbour and Newton Hall Holiday Parks are the longest established of the coastal centres, purchased in the 1950's.
Broadwater first welcomed guests in 1960 and in 1966 we opened the Club, unfortunately the bar was yet to be finished but true to our word we opened the doors with a temporary bar structure and the customers were delighted.
Partington’s Holiday Parks has since celebrated its 75th anniversary year in 2019 and is pressing ahead with growth plans. The firm which has Windy Harbour in Singleton, Broadwater in Fleetwood, Newton Hall at Staining and Wardley’s Creek in Hambleton, plus Black Beck in the Lake District and Tarn House in Skipton, has picked up a North West Employer Engagement Award and a North West Family Business of the Year award.
