1. Do you accept bookings from all male/ female parties?

Our Holiday Parks primarily cater for couples and family holidays, bookings for all male/female parties of three or more can only be accepted via prior arrangement. We suggest that you call 01253 879911 with information of how many are in your party, their ages and details to see if there is availability for your holiday. You will need to inform us of any changes to the booking immediately as we reserve the right to refuse entry if the booking details do not match who arrives on Park.

2. Do you accept touring caravans and motor homes?

We offer quality touring facilities at Windy Harbour (Little Singleton), Black Beck (Newby Bridge) and Tarn House (Skipton)

3. Do you accept tents?

We regret that we cannot accommodate tents on any of our Holiday Parks, however we do have camping pods at Windy Harbour (Little Singleton) which are ideal for those wanting the camping experience without the hassle of pitching up.

4. Can I bring my dog to the Holiday Park?

For touring holidays we accept two dogs at Tarn House and Black Beck and one dog at Windy Harbour. For static caravan holidays we accept one dog at Windy Harbour  in pet-friendly holiday accommodation but this must be pre-booked and subject to availability and terms & conditions. Caravan owners at Windy Harbour, Black Beck and Tarn House may have a maximum of two dogs.

Dogs are not allowed at Newton Hall, Broadwater, Tarn House Country Inn or Newton Hall Apartments (with the exception of assistance dogs).

5. Is it possible to book a two night holiday at any of the parks?

We accept two night breaks at Newton Hall Apartments. Two night breaks may be available at selected times throughout the season in our holiday homes. Please call 01253 879911 for the latest information and availability.

6. What is the length of the season as a holiday home owner?

This varies subject to Park and pitch but we are closed for approximately 7 weeks per year. None of our sites are residential. For specific information please contact the individual Park or call us on 01253 879911.

7. Can I bring my commercial van onto the Park?

You are entitled to bring one car onto the Park, additional cars will be charged for. Boats, trailers, and commercial vehicles are NOT permitted on the Parks without written permission of the Park Manager.

8. What’s included in my holiday booking?

Entertainment passes are included in holiday bookings at Windy Harbour, Broadwater and Newton Hall. Bedding is included in Partington’s Premium Holiday Homes, Standard Super and Apartments however you will still need to bring tea towels and bath towels.
