How do I book a holiday online?
To do this you would go to the prices & tariffs page where you will see each of parks described and what they offer. For the parks that offer online booking you will see a 'Book Now' link to the right, click on that image link to start the online booking process. The online booking process is a work in progress but over the coming weeks you will see each of our parks offering an online booking facility.
If you have booked a holiday or short break online using our Online Bookings Facility and you have a query or problem then please contact the park that you booked with directly. Their contact details can be found here.

Cancellations / Refunds
If you wish to cancel your holiday and would like to know if you are elligible for a refund then please refer to the booking conditions and cancellation policy which were published on your online booking confirmation page and also on your online booking confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact the park at which you made your booking. Contact details for our parks can be found here.
If you booked your holiday directly through one of our parks then you must contact that park directly.
Our Standard Cancellation Policy
In the event of your being unable to take your holiday with us owing to circumstances beyond the control of Partington's Holiday Centres Limited, the payment will be forfeited except in the following circumstances:- Provided notice of cancellation is given in writing at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, or by production of a Medical Certificate in case of illness, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Notice of cancellation must be sent by registered post or recorded delivery. Ordinary post will not be regarded as proof of delivery
